Vroom, Vroom. The Red Knights Motorcycle Club will be hosting a ride through Mountain Park on Sat, Sept 11. Best place to see all the bikes is at the pool parking lot - approximately 11:50AM.

4th of July in Mountain Park

10 am: Car decorating for the parade in the Community Building parking lot begins

10:30 Opening ceremonies

11 am: Citywide 4th of July Parade begins
Join in with your decorated car, truck, motorcycle, bike or trailer float
Or line the streets to cheer the parade on
A float contest voting box will be available in front of the Heron House residence during the parade and at the Community Building afterwards. Cast your vote!

At Parade End (11:45ish): Food, entertainment, winners
Civic Club fundraising hotdogs & soft drinks for sale at the Community Building
FREE watermelon
Float winners announced

1 pm: Bells play for 11 minutes in celebration of the recently deceased Lew Ayers.

2 pm: Games at the pool

5 pm: Concert on the Green featuring Legacy

At Dark: 4th of July FIREWORKS!

Please note:
Smoke Jack BBQ will offer a variety of foods for sale. Have a picnic on the Green!

Gitta Sno-Ball will sell authentic New Orleans style Sno-balls beginning at 5 PM near the pool

The Civic Club will sell t-shirts and Glo-necklaces.

Every $5 donation receives a raffle ticket. Volunteers will be taking donations throughout the afternoon and evening. Winners will be announced before the Fireworks start.

Raffle prize 1: Monday, August 2, Braves vs Mets Game Package, 4 tickets, parking pass and access to 755 Club ($200 value, donated by Waste Management)

Raffle prize 2: Three night stay at a beachfront condo in Gulf Shores, AL ($80 cleaning fee required)
